Free tools: nothing leaves your device

Merge, split, compress, convert, edit, sign, redact, Docs, Sheets, Slides, image tools and offline text reading all run inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded — we could not see them even if we wanted to. They work with no account, and the downloaded app works with no internet at all.

Things you save in Docs, Sheets, Slides and the Library are kept in your own browser's storage on this device. Clearing your browser data removes them.

AI tools: read, then deleted

The AI Document Studio needs an account. When you convert a scan, the page images are sent to our server (Cloudflare) and passed to an AI model through OpenRouter to read the text. Your converted files are stored privately for your account and deleted automatically after 14 days (sooner if you delete them). You can delete all your files at any time from the studio.

The free one-page preview sends that single page to the AI and keeps nothing.

Pages are read first by free AI models; some of their providers may keep requests to improve their service. Don't use the AI tools for documents you can't share with an outside service — the free tools are the safe choice for those.

No tracking cookies

We use one cookie, only when you sign in, to keep you signed in. We count visits without cookies: we record which page or tool was opened, the country, and the device type. Your IP address is not stored — it is turned into a code that changes every day, so visits can't be followed over time.

Your account

We keep your name, email, a scrambled (hashed) password, and how many AI pages you used each day. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your documents to train AI ourselves.
